Online Refunds & Returns

 

We hope you are happy with your recent purchases, however, if you’d like to return an online order, we are happy to offer a full refund on all products bought within 28 days of receipt, providing the goods have not been used or damaged. All goods returned will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging, with labels attached and in a clean and dry condition. Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.


 

OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

  • You can return any items bought online within 28 days of receipt.
  • Please note, PML products are non returnable.
  • All returns costs are the responsibility of the customers, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Unless the item(s) are faulty or incorrect, a full refund does not include the initial postage charge.
  • You will be refunded once the items have arrived at BATA Ltd.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging (where possible). Labels MUST be attached.
  • Please ensure all items are carefully packed to prevent any damages in transit.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage when returning any items. We are unable to hold responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels.
  • All refunds will be processed within 5 days of us receiving your return.

 


 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, or your order has not been delivered beyond the final estimated delivery date, this must be reported to us within 48 hours by contacting info@bataltd.co.uk or 01653 605200.

We will refund any postage costs that occur for returning faulty, damaged or incorrect items (proof of postage must be obtained).

Please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us before returning any items.
