The HYWH-850RM is a professional air fed welding helmet from Hyundai, featuring solar auto-dimming with spectral filtering technology, photoelectric sensors and liquid crystal light control technology, the HYWH-850RM offers full head respiratory protection to the welder, the perfect welding solution for welders in the most demanding conditions where filtered air is a must for a safe and comfortable working environment. Weighing only 1.1kg and supplied within a kit bag for easy storage and transport. The lightweight, compact design enables the user to wear comfortably for long periods of time and the soft fabric ensures a complete seal against hazardous fumes. Air supplied welding helmets use an air powered blower system that is worn by the welder around his waist which collects and filters the ambient air to a very high degree. Providing 99.8% purity the HYWH-850RM delivers fresh clean air to the welders breathing area for up to 8 hours without interruption. The HYWH-850RM is equipped with a particle filter that protects the user against particles (solid & liquid aerosols). The filter contaminates air and blows it into the welding helmet hood through the flexible tube. The respirator system generates a positive air pressure to help prevent contaminants from entering the hood. The electronic control system maintains the calibrated airflow at a pre-set level the battery powered blower units are rechargeable and depending on type normally will cover an eight hour shift.This method of protection for the welder is highly efficient and ensures welders do not breath in and ingest the many harmful particles found in weld fume. Additional protective measures may need to be in place for other workers exposed to the hazards of weld fume. The solar auto-dimming filter (ADF) applies photoelectric sensor theory which makes liquid crystal change from bright to dark state as soon as it receives arc light, while change from dark to bright state when welding is finished to protect the eyes and facial skin of users from arc light, splash and harmful radiation of IR/UV. Please be aware that you MUST check the condition of your product(s) IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. If an item is delivered damaged you must notify us within 24 hours. We cannot consider claims for transit damage beyond 48 hours following delivery.

Delivery Information

We offer a FREE Click and Collect service to all of our BATA Country Stores, South West Lancashire Farmers and Thompsons Town & Country Store. You can select this option at checkout. This service is FREE of charge and takes between 4-5 working days. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection. We also offer UK Standard delivery at £5.95 and UK Express delivery at £7.95, if you need your items that little bit sooner. Standard delivery will take 3-5 days, while Express will take 1-2 days. Note that for some orders, the postage cost may increase once an order has been placed, this is due to added surcharges, the size or weight of the item(s). Order Cut-Off time for Express delivery is 14:00. Please note, the above service excludes fuel products, with delivery of Web Orders on Oils & Additives taking between 3-10 days. Furthermore, please be aware that our timber products and some larger agricultural products are excluded from delivery, with these being Click & Collect Only products. Please note, heavier/larger products may also be subject to delivery surcharges as a result of their weight/size.

Online Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your recent purchases, however, if you’d like to return an online order, we are happy to offer a full refund on all products bought within 28 days of receipt, providing the goods have not been used or damaged. All goods returned will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging, with labels attached and in a clean and dry condition. Please note there are some items which cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.

• You can return any items bought online within 28 days of receipt.
• Please note, PML products are non returnable. 
• All returns costs are the responsibility of the customers, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Unless the item(s) are faulty or incorrect, a full refund does not include the initial postage charge.
• You will be refunded once the items have arrived at BATA Ltd.
• All items must be returned in the original packaging (where possible).
• Please ensure all items are carefully packed to prevent any damages in transit.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage when returning any items. We are unable to hold responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels.
