Product Description

The gun features a multifunction LCD display showing battery status, pumping speed and grease output in grams or ounces. Designed to work with bulk filled grease or cartridges of 400g and 450g in size, the gun has two speed options – high or low – and features an LED worklight as well as an error alarm. Manufactured with a chromed steel canister, 42" (1,090mm) reinforced delivery hose and high-pressure grease nipple, the gun delivers an impressive 10,000psi output, with flow rates of up to 100g/min on low speed or 170g/min on high speed. The LCD display will turn off after 20 seconds of discontinuous use and flashes red to warn that the gun is out of grease. The 20V lithium-ion charger has a three-pin plug, is suitable for use with every D20 battery size and features charging indicator lights to show the charging status. The grease gun set comes supplied in a canvas tool bag. The D20 interchangeable battery system allows users to combine the same battery/batteries with any of the tools within the D20 series.

We offer a FREE Click and Collect service to all of our BATA Country Stores, South West Lancashire Farmers and Thompsons Town & Country Store. You can select this option at checkout. This service is FREE of charge and takes between 4-5 working days. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection. We also offer UK Standard delivery at £5.95 and UK Express delivery at £7.95, if you need your items that little bit sooner. Standard delivery will take 3-5 days, while Express will take 1-2 days. Note that for some orders, the postage cost may increase once an order has been placed, this is due to added surcharges, the size or weight of the item(s). Order Cut-Off time for Express delivery is 14:00. Please note, the above service excludes fuel products, with delivery of Web Orders on Oils & Additives taking between 3-10 days. Furthermore, please be aware that our timber products and some larger agricultural products are excluded from delivery, with these being Click & Collect Only products. Please note, heavier/larger products may also be subject to delivery surcharges as a result of their weight/size.

Online Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your recent purchases, however, if you’d like to return an online order, we are happy to offer a full refund on all products bought within 28 days of receipt, providing the goods have not been used or damaged. All goods returned will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging, with labels attached and in a clean and dry condition. Please note there are some items which cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.

• You can return any items bought online within 28 days of receipt.
• Please note, PML products are non returnable. 
• All returns costs are the responsibility of the customers, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Unless the item(s) are faulty or incorrect, a full refund does not include the initial postage charge.
• You will be refunded once the items have arrived at BATA Ltd.
• All items must be returned in the original packaging (where possible).
• Please ensure all items are carefully packed to prevent any damages in transit.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage when returning any items. We are unable to hold responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels.
