• 3MM INSUFOAM-ULTRA(tm) NEOPRENE LINIG - Gives the wearer added comfort and warmth
• 6mm NITROCELL™ footbed - provides a soft cushioning for an athletic shoe feel.  The NITROCELL™ footbed has a million microscopic nitrogen bubbles that insulate the wearer from cold surfaces, no need for special ‘Welly Socks’ that roll down and rub.
• VIBRAM® BRISTOL™ sole-  features ENCAPSULATED FOAM™ technology in the heel absorbs heel strike shock for day long comfort.
• SUPERDRI™ lining - wicks moister away from the wearers foot to prevent a sweaty and uncomfortable feel, it is fungus and rot proof so will not smell like cotton lined boots.
• COMFORT RATING - -20ºc to +20ºc.

VIBRAM®is and Italian based sole manufacturer renowned for their high grip mountaineering soles. The company was form shortly after the end of the Second World War in the foothills of the Alps of Northern Italy by its founder and keen climber Vittorio Bramani. GRUBS®was the first company to put a VIBRAM®sole on a Rubber boot in 2006 and has continued to work closely to bring innovative new products to market.

Delivery Information

We offer a FREE Click and Collect service to all of our BATA Country Stores, South West Lancashire Farmers and Thompsons Town & Country Store. You can select this option at checkout. This service is FREE of charge and takes between 4-5 working days. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection. We also offer UK Standard delivery at £5.95 and UK Express delivery at £7.95, if you need your items that little bit sooner. Standard delivery will take 3-5 days, while Express will take 1-2 days. Note that for some orders, the postage cost may increase once an order has been placed, this is due to added surcharges, the size or weight of the item(s). Order Cut-Off time for Express delivery is 14:00. Please note, the above service excludes fuel products, with delivery of Web Orders on Oils & Additives taking between 3-10 days. Furthermore, please be aware that our timber products and some larger agricultural products are excluded from delivery, with these being Click & Collect Only products. Please note, heavier/larger products may also be subject to delivery surcharges as a result of their weight/size.

Online Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your recent purchases, however, if you’d like to return an online order, we are happy to offer a full refund on all products bought within 28 days of receipt, providing the goods have not been used or damaged. All goods returned will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging, with labels attached and in a clean and dry condition. Please note there are some items which cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal feed, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.

OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

• You can return any items bought online within 28 days of receipt.
• Please note, PML products are non returnable. 
• All returns costs are the responsibility of the customers, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Unless the item(s) are faulty or incorrect, a full refund does not include the initial postage charge.
• You will be refunded once the items have arrived at BATA Ltd.
• All items must be returned in the original packaging (where possible).
• Please ensure all items are carefully packed to prevent any damages in transit.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage when returning any items. We are unable to hold responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels.
• All refunds will be processed within 5 days of us receiving your return.
