BATA Web Account

To create a BATA Web account, go to the "Account" tab in the header of the website, and select "Register an Account". With this feature, you'll be able to keep track of your online orders, as well as having your details saved to ensure a faster checkout process should you make a repeat web purchase. 

Please note that, by signing up for a BATA Web account, this only grants you access to features relating to the BATA website, such as those mentioned above. Please be aware that BATA Web accounts are NOT linked to our Customer Credit accounts. If you wish to set up a Customer Credit account, please contact us on 01653 605200. 

Please note, that a BATA Web Account also doesn't include Gas or LPG products. For Gas and LPG queries, please email info@bataltd.co.uk.

BATA Credit Account

To create a BATA Customer Credit account, or for more information, please contact us on 01653 605200. Please note that BATA Customer Credit accounts are NOT linked to BATA Web accounts. As such, you cannot make a purchase via our website and pay for it through your Customer Credit account.
